We just received this email from a customer. It is letters like this that keep us going day to day. As we have mentioned several times in this blog, our goal is to become the number one Ford Dealer in CT. If we continue to provide customer experiences as outline in the letter below, we are confident that we will reach our goal.
“Hello Dana:
In March I purchased a red ford ranger on your ebay cite. I came to pick it up on March 9th. As your web cite stated you are a no hassle dealership. Upon parking my ca,r one of your sales people promptly came to greet us. Mike Timmons was my contact person. We had many conversations and got all the paper work done over the phone and faxing. Upon entering your show room, again we were greeted and promptly asked if we would like a beverage. Our ride was about 2 hrs.and coffee sounded great. Mike introduced us to the young lady who handled the paper work and within 15 minutes all was signed and we were ready for lunch.
After our inspection in Ma.( which is mandatory in Ma. Every year) we needed to have the ball joint replaced. I was in contact with your service manager, Sal, and after a few conversations we settled to have it replaced here because of Ma. Rules. Again, Sal, handled the situation in a professional and gentlemanly manner. He always answered my phone calls or returned them promptly as he said he would.
I would not hesitate doing business with your dealership on ebay again.
Again congratulations to your staff. Remember you only hire people like yourself.
